Dredging works will be executed up to the contractual value. The period within which the contracting entity will respond to requests for clarification or additional information regarding the awarding documentation is the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The deadline for the tenderer to address clarification requests or additional information regarding the awarding documentation is 15 days before the closing date for submission of tenders. If the request is made after this deadline, The contracting entity will not respond.
