The subject of the order is the supply of medical devices used in dialysis (dialysis, lines and others) for UCK in the assortment and requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ. 2. The landlord requires that the range of offered meet the requirements for medical devices contained in the Act of 20 May 2010 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 175, as amended) and in issued on the basis of this Act, executive acts. 3. Medicalities must meet the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annex 3 to SWZ will reject the offer. 4.
