The public procurement contract for network services necessary for the development and implementation of infokioskuri (including equipment supply) of prioect involves developing a software solution (requirements analysis, architecture, creating information structures, application development), actual delivery infrastructure to create network points information such as infokiosk screens of info-touch at established locations and related training services. Further details are mentioned in the specifications in Section II of this documentation. In the event of discrepancies between the provisions of this and the specification shall prevail in the specification. The contract will be signed between the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Protection and Ageing and the tenderer awarded the contract which will, in accordance with this documentation.
