The assignment includes development framework documents for procurement of general contractor, engaged in the procurement, review construction documents, and assist throughout the construction process until the surrender of the finished bridge. In the consultation, appropriate technical level totalentreprenadens procurement discussed from this unit is supplied which studies and planning efforts needed in the mission. Evaluated hours gives guidance on the expected extent. Initially to be investigated: - How the tender dossier technical parts must be organized, what standards to be applied in order to evaluate the contractor~s tender, - Propose an appropriate level of the drawing material and the description of existing conditions will be presented. The prerequisite for building a data model that qualitatively can work on the contract and work for visualization, planning and subsequent planning must be investigated and further work is proposed.
