Market characteristics: All works are for young audiences, including: - Youth literature, - Documentary, - Creole legends - Dictionaries, - Youth magazines, - Albums, etc. Students of all grade levels including: - Kindergarten, very small section at the average 2 - Bridging classes, - Specialized classes (CLIS, etc.). Reminder Price: The prices proposed by the candidates must comply with the provisions of Law No 81-766 of 10.8.1981 and Law No 2003-517 of 18.6.2003. As such, the discounts may be granted, may not exceed the 9% threshold. The prefectural decree No. 2719 of 20.7.2006 (not supplied) on the price of non-school book at the Meeting provides that: As of 1.3.2006, the coefficient of increase of the retail prices of non-school books, referred to in paragraph 1 of the aforementioned Act of 08.10.1981 is, Reunion, 1.15. . (for Metropolitan catalogs.). This coefficient of 1.15 does not apply to local publishers. This higher price is the benchmark on which can be applied to a maximum discount of 9% on purchases under Article 3 of Law No. 81-766 of 08/10/1981 amended. .
