The building will become part of nikkilä~s heart education center and will expand the current 2016 graduate school into a single school. The expansion of the nikkilä heart school will be carried out as a contract of subordination. The contractor is the main contractor of the site, And the pipeline and ventilation, Electrical, Solar, Building automation and access control contractors are subordinate contractors. By this competition, Contractors were selected for side contracts. All parts to which the tenderer is elected may be combined into one (1) contract. Access control contract is purchased separately. The scope of the project is about 3,966 m 2 + change work area. The project will take place between 6 / 2019-2 / 2021.
