The complete maintenance includes routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. Benefits will be provided for installation of the following buildings: - Buildings of the main site of psychotherapeutic center - 1 rue du Docteur Archambault in Laxou, - Medical-Psychological Center - 12 rue Mi Les Vignes in Laxou, - Medical Psychology Unit - 5 Level Street in Luneville, - Post Cure Centre - Viray 26 rue de Nancy, - Care Centre for Adolescents - 11 rue des Glacis in Nancy, - Delta Workshop - 7 rue de la Colline in Nancy, - Psychiatric Unit - 1 place Colombé to Pont-à-Mousson, - Mid-psychological center - 24 bd de l~Europe in Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy. It is not intended batch decomposition, all services will be entrusted to a single company. The implementation period of the market share from the date of supported facilities, care will be given to the operator in order of service. The market is enforceable from the care facilities until 31 December 2015. It is renewable 3 times a specific decision by the Contracting Authority, by 12 months, ie from 1 January to 31 December 2016, 1 January to 31 December 2017, and finally from 1 January to 31 December 2018.
