The provider must be able to offer the implementation of KIILA rehabilitation both as a course service and as an individual service. Amount of KIILA rehabilitation to be offered in the area of the Western Insurance District: - a minimum of 8 courses, a maximum of 10 courses, - at least 20 to 22 personal service customers. The procurement is made regionally by Kela~s insurance districts, also taking into account the aspect of geographical coverage as described in the Decision-making criteria section of this call for tenders. This acquisition concerns the Northern Insurance District. Only a service provider~s office (plant unit or open unit with separate accommodation) located in the Northern Insurance District area can be offered as a KIILA rehabilitation office in the Northern Insurance District~s procurement area (see Annex 8 to the invitation to tender).
