Contract award: CL 7 - Rehabilitation and extension of culvert pipes, distribution network and sewerage network in agglomeration Pitesti, towns and Mosoaia Albota. Works for the execution of construction and installation works in the localities of reference works that include: a) Adaptation to the ground and / or execution details where appropriate. b) Construction and installation. c) Supply and installation of machinery and technological equipment. d) Testing and commissioning. e) Monitoring station operation and assistance / consulting staff responsible for the defects notification period. f) Troubleshooting appeared in the defects notification period of 12 months in accordance with the general conditions of contract. g) Staff training beneficiary and / or operator. The estimated value of the works contract, as approved general estimate is 54,960,697 RON, VAT, plus the percentage of 6.00% of the estimated value of the investment base, representing diverse and unexpected expenses in the amount of 3 087 735 RON, without VAT. Specified that the diverse and unexpected expenditure will be used in the event that, during the contract will occur expenditure works / services that are not substantial changes of the public procurement contract and in compliance with applicable legal framework at that time.
