In line with the board of directors~~ guidelines, these new earnings-based acquisitions are targeted to employing unemployed job seekers under the age of 30. The aim is to find new tools to support young people~~s employment by responding to the availability of labor and the recruitment needs of businesses. The objective is equally to support the construction of potential growth services markets and to promote a new kind of innovative service business. The call for tender services offer support for the development of private service markets while at the same time seeking flexibility and customer orientation. The service is compulsory for the customer using the service, but more freedom of choice.
