Awarding strives to structure this (anymore) and to perform research on centralizing these reservations. Also wishes contracting authority with this invitation to tender to give substance to the objective to achieve a compilation of the need in hotel and meeting accommodations. With this alliance contracting authority expects that the management burden is, cost savings can be realized and a better understanding of the actual needs and decrease can be obtained. Which can then be controlled better. Tenderer will be asked if they support in realizing the objectives set. Until the scope of the command include specifically the following parts: - Regular hotel accommodations in Netherlands, - Occasional hotel accommodation in Netherlands, - Remote meeting locations within the Netherlands (conference packages including banqueting). Outside the scope of the assignment specifically includes the following components: - Staff outings and company parties, - Hotel and conference bookings abroad - Conferences and events.
