The subject of procurement is the supply of chemicals and laboratory equipment for carrying out the above specified projects OP VK, in the structure set out in Annex no. 1 hereof (partial fulfillment blocks - A1 - A2 - other chemicals; B1 - B2 - dental instruments; C1 - C7 - the need for cultivation and characterization of stem cells; D - material for the operating room; E1 - E2 - chemicals for chemical and biochemical analysis of food and bodily fluids; F - laboratory equipment), as well as provided in this specification, call for submission of tenders and a framework contract for the supply. In Annex no. 1 hereof is specified set of goods labeled as reference group, ie. The goods for which the tenderer offering prices without VAT and VAT rates for individual items (so will the price list for the reference group). However, the sponsor may (or may not) take other goods than those in Annex no. 1 above, and on the basis of the current itemized price list offered any specific material of a candidate who will be part of a tender (so will the price list of other goods, which will be according to the actual needs of the customer picked up). The option to remove than other goods listed in Annex no. 1 is given quite difficult specifikovateln?m subject to the fulfillment of this contract and will depend on the specific needs of the contracting authority during the project. Due to the fact that there is no way to determine the exact and total itemized scope of services, it is necessary to further the fulfillment of the necessary order and remove from the successful supplier in the course of implementation according to the currently valid itemized price list of a certain candidate. The undersigned, the current itemized price list, which is part of the offer will be valid for the year 2015, for the next years, which will be contracted, will be taken goods according to the valid price list of selected candidates for a particular year. The subject of the tender is divided into 15 sub-fulfillment, a potential candidate may submit a tender for individual parts or some part or all of this contract. Each part of procurement can have your chosen supplier. However, the sponsor limits the partial performance of this contract the maximum amount, which is the sum of goods designated as reference group and other goods, or ordered by the contracting authority.
