The Economic Governance and Private Sector Development Support Programme (PAGE-DSP) – Additional Financing was approved by the Board of Directors of the African Development Fund on 24 November 2025 for an amount of USD 28 million. This additional financing allows Benin to complete the third phase of the programme, following the successful implementation of Phases I and II in 2023 and 2024. The programme supports the Government of the Republic of Benin in consolidating reforms aimed at strengthening economic governance and accelerating private-sector-led growth. With this new financing, the cumulative support provided under the PAGE-DSP programme reaches approximately USD 128 million, building on the strong reform track record established under earlier phases and reinforcing the Bank’s long-term engagement in supporting Benin’s structural transformation.
