The Jobs for Youth in Africa (JfYA) strategy adopted by AfDB to equip young people to realize their potential and spur inclusive economic growth through increasing inclusive employment, creating jobs and entreprenuership, strengthening human capital and creating durable labour market linkages. The project supports training, mentoring, access to networks and funding for business development of youth led start-ups and MSMEs among the youth. The project implemented the Africa Investment Forum 2019 for the youth entreprenuerial ventures to connect with investors, mentorship and entreprenuership ecosystem partners.
