Libya - Strengthening enabling business environment through public financial management support project

This Project, SEBE-PFM, aligns with the Pillar 1; “Enhance the Business Environment” of the Private Sector Development Strategy (PSDS) 2021-2025 of the Bank. SEBE-PFM is closely aligned with the Sub-Pillar 2 “Support the development of an effective institutional and regulatory environment for PPPs in RMCs to encourage private participation in the development of critical infrastructure” and Sub-Pillar 4 “Support the development and implementation of e-government system to promote transparency in economic governance and more efficiently deliver public services to business and investors”. The PFM Reform Strategy to be developed will guide PPP preparation processes while the PFM Digitalization strategy to be developed will strengthen the implementation of e-government system in PFM of Libya.
