Mali - Governance Structures Support Project (PASG)

The proposed operation concerns a grant of UA 6 million to be awarded from Pillar I resources of the Transition Support Facility (TSF) to the Republic of Mali for financing the Governance Structures Support Project (PASG). PASG is an institutional support project focused on governance and public finance management. This type of assistance allows the Bank to assist the Government in efficiently implementing its development plan by building the institutional capacity of public administration. The Project has three operational components and one relating to project management: (i) build capacity to fight corruption and illicit enrichment and financial flows; (ii) build public expenditure control capacity; (iii) build domestic resource mobilisation capacity; and(iv) project management. The project will be implemented over 48 months (December 2021-December 2025).
