Morocco - Technical Assistance Project for the Implementation of the UM 4.0 Program
Detail:
This project concerns a grant of UA 130,000 to the Kingdom of Morocco, financed by the Middle-Income Countries Technical Assistance Fund (MIC-TAF), to provide technical support to the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation (MESRSI) in strengthening its capacities for the implementation of the Support Program for the Transformation towards a Digital, Entrepreneurial, and Inclusive Moroccan University (UM4.0). The proposed technical assistance aims to enhance the institutional capacities of the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, with a particular focus on the UM4.0 Program Management Unit. The Bank’s support through capacity building will enable the Ministry to achieve both optimal implementation of approved and ongoing programs and greater ownership and sustainability within a development-oriented approach. This operation will be implemented over a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of grant approval.
