Morocco - Project to support capacity building of the National Commission for Public Procurement (PARC-CNCP)

The present intervention is related to the Capacity Building Support Project of the National Commission for Public Order (PARC-CNCP). It aims to contribute to the implementation of CNCP's strategy. The project has four main components, namely: (i) acquisition of the services of an individual consultant, expert in project management and public procurement, to support CNCP throughout the implementation of the project; (ii) acquisition of the services of an individual consultant, expert in public procurement, to support CNCP in the evaluation exercise of the national system of public procurement; (iii) acquisition of the services of an individual consultant, a revised Procurement System Assessment Methodology (MAPS) expert, to support CNCP in the evaluation of the national public procurement system; (iv) procurement of the services of the consulting firm for the development of guides and manuals will be done through the Quality and Cost Based Selection Method (QSBA).
