The Support Program for Inclusive Solidarity Agriculture for Women and Youth, designated under the acronym PAASIFEJ, constitutes a strategic sustainable rural development initiative in Morocco covering a six-year period from 2025 to 2030. This ambitious program aligns perfectly with Morocco's Generation Green Strategy 2020-2030 and aims to significantly contribute to improving food security, creating sustainable employment, and strengthening the resilience of Moroccan smallholder agriculture to climate change effects. The initiative represents an integrated and inclusive approach specifically targeting social and economic inclusion of rural women and youth through agricultural infrastructure development, rural entrepreneurship support, institutional capacity building, and adaptation to contemporary climate challenges.
