Forum Fisheries Agency: Pacific Islands Regional Oceanscape Program - Second Phase for Economic Resilience Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA) Forum Fisheries Agency (FFA) The Development Objective of the Series of Projects is to strengthen the shared management of selected Pacific Island oceanic and coastal fisheries, and the critical habitats upon which they depend.
