The proposed operation is aligned with the country’s development agenda. South Sudan Non-Oil Revenue Mobilisation and Accountability Phase II (NORMA-II) constitutes a second phase to the NORMA project which aims at deepening and consolidating the country’s domestic revenue mobilization reforms that were initiated in 2017 under the ongoing project. The project contributes to climate finance, with almost 1 million USD of the total approved amount dedicated to mitigation.
