The panel was established to provide services relating to design and construction of residential building projects including standalone houses, townhouses and multi-unit, and class C adaptable dwellings. These projects may also include the management of subcontracts for documentation development, demolition of existing structures and certification services. The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to enable additional builders to be engaged to the existing panel of suitably qualified suppliers.
