T24 022 Peakhurst Park Modular Community Facility - Design, Development Approval and Construction SCOPE AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS TENDER Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design and construction of a new modular community facility at Peakhurst Park,Hedley Street, Riverwood. The project includes demolition of the existing building, all associated site investigations and development approval s. A detailed scope of works and detail design outlining of the extent of works required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this Tender document. CURRENT SITUATION The former Peakhurst Scout Hall is located at Hedley Street, Riverwood and The Scout Association of Australia (NSW) surrendered their lease in February 2021. Thefacility is currently vacant and in poor structural condition, requiring significant refurbishment works before it could be occupied. TIMETABLE The timetable below provides details of key events and dates with regard to the Tender process. Dates are approximate and may vary.
