Eoi Ct2025033 Housing Innovation Project Expressions of Interest (EOI) CT 2023-22 Housing Innovation ProjectSuitably endorsed EOI marked “CT2025-033 Housing Innovation Project” are invited and will be received by the undersigned until 3pm Friday 18 October 2025.Council is seeking a Developer Builder Partner to work with Council to develop a new housing product aimed at cost effectiveness and a different expectation about what a home might include. Wagga Wagga City Council (Council) is investing in a range of initiatives, to boost housing supply and choice - particularly in relation to providing an entry point to home ownership. This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks responses from developers builders who are interested in working in partnership with Council to develop a policy, design concepts and a delivery plan to provide a quality, innovative and affordable house and land package which is more attainable. The project aims to modify the planning controls to facilitate a new design approach which will offer well appointed, quality homes at a price which is at entry level for home buyers. The concept will be achieved through a combination of planning policy reform and innovative construction design and delivery.
