Die Windenergieanlagen sollen direkt in das einphasige ÖBB-Bahnstromnetz (Frequenz 16,7 Hz) eingebunden werden. Die zu liefernden maschinellen und elektrischen Komponenten der Windenergieanlage umfassen Rotor (Rotorblätter und Nabe), Generator, Getriebe, Maschinengondel, Turm, Umrichter, Energieabteilungen, Bahnstromtransformatoren.
