Drive Test Crowdsourcing Measurements Platform The purpose of this RFP is to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified Supplier to provide a combination of two solutions that consist of: a) conducting a nationwide drive test for measurement of Quality of Service (QoS) Quality of Experience (QoE) for all Mobile Network Operators (“MNOs”) across the Kingdom of Bahrain.
