The Bidders shall submit all the required details and relevant documentary evidence in support of fulfilling these mandatory criteria in a separate section of their bid, clearly titled as “Response to Mandatory Criteria”. Bapco Refining reserves the right to verify the documentary evidence by contacting the referenced customers if needed and the Bidder will facilitate such interactions or share contact details of the customers so that Bapco Refining can contact them. The Bidders must use the following table template. The Bidders are urged to include in their bid only the information relevant to this tender. Submission of additional non-relevant information will not add any value whatsoever during bid evaluation. ,1. The Bidder must be authorized partner with proposed technology (OEM). The bidder must submit partnership certificates from the OEM to support this criterion. 2. The Bidder must have completed a minimum of Two (2) contracts in relevant scope of service covering one or more of the listed domains in the last five (5) years in Bahrain or GCC countries. The Bidder shall submit verifiable documentary evidence (i.e., reference letters from the clients or list of implementations of the proposed solution on the official letterhead signed by the Managing Director or a Board Member of the bidding entity). ,3. a. The Bidder can quote for one or more domain(s) stipulated in the RFP. The bidder must have at least one (1) contract within the last five (5) years under that respective domain(s) for which they are bidding. b. If the Bidder chooses to quote for a particular domain, they must quote for all the line items within that domain. If a bidder does not quote for all the line items within a domain, the quote for that respective domain shall be disqualified. c. The Bidder must submit the list of contracts stating the domains covered on the official letter head signed by the Managing Director or a Board Member of the bidding entity. The bidder must use only the template specified in the Appendix A of this document. d. If the bidder chooses to quote for Aruba or Extreme, the bidder must have at least two (2) certified engineers with the proposed technology. ,TENDER SUBJECT: SUPPLYING ARUBA NETWORK WIFI TECHNOLOGIES, EXTREME NETWORK SWITCHES AND NETWORK PASSIVE ITEMS TENDER SCOPE:The provision of the following services within a 5-year framework contract, bidder will be responsible for providing the required quantities as per Bapco Refining requirements, as and when needed. Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Monday, 10 June 2024 Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders). For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above. The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above. The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents) This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002. In addition, these conditions have to be considered: Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject. Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour. This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails. Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender.
