Documentary evidence like unpriced purchase orders or agreements must besubmitted in the form of references from clients for such work executedpreviously. 1.2 The bidders shall provide their FinancialStatements a) Last three (3) Years Audited Financial Statement including Bank AccountDetails 1.3 Bidder shall have a well-established SafetyPolicy, Safety Plan and shall be accredited with certification i.e., REACH orequivalent, OHSAS-18001, ISO-45001,which are valid at the time of bidding. Documentary evidence shall besubmitted to substantiate the above. 1.4 Bidder shall be accredited with formal qualityaccreditations and have a suitable QA / QC Policy in place.
