Knock-out criteria: 1. Samples to be delivered before the closing date of the tender to Gulf Air Headquarters - Muharraq, Bahrain 2. Proposals without samples as per the above artwork (Appendix A) will not be evaluated. 3. Suppliers that do not pass the oven heat test will be disqualified. Note: a test will be conducted by Gulf Air catering team. Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour. Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender.
