The minimum amount of liquid assets (certified by proper authority), net of other contractual commitments, i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5,00,000.00 (Taka Five lac only).5. Last year tax return submission documents.6. Tenderer ownership must be same for the period from tender submission to bill payment.7.
