Semi Govt Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department organization.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk 90.00 lakh for the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years which will be based on Govt. Semi Govt Autonomous bodies work completion certificates. All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 lakh.e) (i) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) VAT Registration Certificate (iv) ABC Contractory Supervisory License.f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
