Semi Govt Autonomous Corporate body are Eligible having following Qualifications capacities.i) Reputed Contractors Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building construction works.ii)Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Similar works of Tk.1.40 Lac in a single contract during last five years.The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department, in case of semi- government autonomous body, the work certificate must be vetted by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 1.20 Lac. Only Payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.1.50 Lac. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (PW2a-3) attached with the tender document.
