Copies of audited financial statements for the last three Fiscal Year;8. Valid Certificate of Incorporation Memorandum of association Valid Trade License Manufacturing License.9. Valid VAT Registration Certificate;10. Valid Income Tax clearance certificate with TIN Number;11. Written confirmation regarding availability of the quoted relevant goods.12. An affidavit confirming the legal capacity stating that there are no existing orders of any judicial court (Notarized).13. Confirming that the tenderer is not insolvent, in receivership or not bankrupt or not in the process of bankruptcy, not temporarily barred from undertaking their business for financial reasons (Notarized)14.
