Квалификационные требования Полный перечень квалификационных требований к участникам конкурса изложен в Инструкции по проведению конкурса. Иные сведения 1. Порядок проведения конкурса, порядок определения победителя конкурса предусматривается в конкурсных документах. 2. Заказчик вправе отменить конкурс на любом этапе его проведения в случаях отсутствия финансирования, утраты необходимости приобретения, изменения предмета закупки и (или) требований к квалификационным данным участников конкурса. В случае принятия решения об отмене конкурса по указанным основаниям заказчик не несет ответственности перед участниками конкурса. При отмене конкурса по иным основаниям заказчик несет ответственность перед участниками конкурса в соответствии с законодательством Республики Беларусь. In the event of a decision to cancel the competition on the specified grounds, the Customer shall not be liable to the competition participants. In case of cancellation of the competition on other grounds, the Customer shall be liable to the competition participants in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
