Through this contract, the contracting authority also wishes to: a) Strengthen social cohesion and sustainable development by achieving training and socio-professional integration effortsssional, in a demanding framework from a social and ethical point of view (the social and ethical clauses will be detailed in the CSCh); b) Fight against social dumping and social fraud; c) Encourage access to small and medium-sized enterprises (within the meaning of Recommendation 2003 361 EC ofthe Commission, of May 6, 2003, concerning the definition of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and the Charter relating to access of SMEs to public markets issued by the FPS Economy (publication in January 2018)); d) Promote the 'Economy of Functionality and Cooperation (EFC), in rseeking innovation in the sector of energy renovation of buildings, a sector particularly suited to this.
