Title	Construction of Pomppark Zuid Near Desguinlei 33, 2018 Antwerp This assignment relates to the following works: Construction of Pomppark Zuid Pomppark Zuid is a first sub-project Ringpark Groene Vesten Located between the Antwerp-Zuid train station, the railway, the Desguinlei and the Jan Van Rijswijcklaan. It turns this zone around the existing pumping station van AWV a green place to stay for the nearby neighborhoods and the city. Greenery, recreation, heritage and noise measures will play a central role. For these works a distinction is made between a fixed part and a conditional part. The following works are permanentel: - Earthworks in function of the realization of the design. - The demolition and construction of paving. - Foundation works. - Clearing shrubs and trees. - Trenching work for utilities. - Construction of a sound barrier in gabions along an active railway. - Construction of an ecopassage platform at Antwerp South station. - Sewerage works. - Installing street furniture, playground equipment and park design. - Construction of a gate in the sound wall that provides access to the tracks. - Facade cleaning of the existing pumping station. - Planting works. - Maintenance periode.
