Selection criteria Criterion: Type: Technical and professional ability Description: De kandidaat inschrijver dient aan te tonen dat hij voldoende bekwaam is om deze opdracht tot een goed einde te brengen. De geschiktheid van de kandidaat wordt beoordeeld aan de hand van minimum 2 referenties met betrekking tot gelijkaardige opdrachten. Met gelijkaardige opdrachten wordt bedoeld, materialen ten behoeve van een bibliotheek (openbare, wetenschappelijke of universiteitsbibliotheek) of gelijkaardige instellingen. De opdrachten waarop de voormelde referenties betrekking hebben, werden uitgevoerd tijdens de laatste 3 jaar en hebben elk een minimum waarde per jaar: • voor kranten, weekbladen en tijdschriften: 5.000,00 euro incl btw; • voor losbladige werken, jaarboeken en reeksen: 5.000,00 euro incl btw; • voor abonnementen op online databanken: 5.000,00 euro incl btw. De inschrijver voegt bij zijn offerte een bewijs van ervaring in de Belgische markt van het leveren van grote aantallen van kranten, tijdschriften, databanken en andere periodieken met een minimum van 250 titels per klant op jaarbasis. Met 250 titels worden verschillende titels bedoeld, die in meerdere exemplaren (tot 100 stuks kranten, 50 stuks tijdschriften) moeten kunnen geleverd worden. Eveneens het leveren van courante kranten, tijdschriften en periodieken op verschillende leveradressen (circa 30). Voor elke referentieopdracht worden volgende vermeldingen bijgevoegd: - De opdrachtgever (met gegevens contactpersoon + telefoonnummer); - Het begin en einde van de uitvoering; - De beknopte omschrijving van de opdracht; - De kostprijs; - Attest van goede uitvoering 5.1.10.
