The market is divided into 4 lots: lot 1: "exterior joinery"; Lot 2: "Chéneaux"; Lot 3: "Ferronneries"; Lot 4: "Masonry"; This market notice only concerns Lot 1: "External joinery" which has gone through limited procedure. Lots 2, 3 and 4 will have passed into a negotiated procedure without prior publication and will be the subject of an invitation to tender. The plan to replace exterior joinery: the object of the request of this market concerns the replacement of chassis allowing to properly position the crossroads and to improve the different technical data while maintaining the budget in the defined envelope: · Assembly of Profiles (with covering) and efficient joints which ensure wind seal in order to improve thermal and acoustic comfort. · Thickness of the profiles (maximum width) defined: this data is important to ensure the integration of new chassis into the existing chip, mainly in the presence of the sets (sculpted wood chore). Choice of glazing: double glazing, 13mm thickness, slightly stretched glass and Krypton gas to ensure better insulation. ... ...
