Criterion: Type: Quality Name: Kwaliteit Description: Voor de beoordeling van het gunningscriterium kwaliteit van de dienstverlening verwacht de aanbestedende overheid een plan van aanpak met omschrijving van onderstaande processen. De inschrijver omschrijft hierbij onder meer de stappen met hun doorlooptijd en de wijze van communiceren naar de besteller (e-mail/digitaal platform/…). De inschrijver waakt erover dat de omschreven processen voldoen aan de vereisten uit titel 3 van dit bestek.
