Lot 1: cleaning services (window washing) Infrabel is looking for an appropriate cleaning company to carry out cleaning tasks with an obligation of result, on condition of respecting the frequency of cleaning, as directedin the cleaning programs and the calculation model, which will be added as an annex to the special specifications. These tasks include, among others: - Daily and periodic cleaning of premises, contents and ancillary installations of various types of buildings (with different functionses) and their immediate environment; - Storage and selective sorting of waste; - Supply and distribution of consumable products (sanitary); - Cleaning of exterior glazing, roof glazing, facade panels in polycarbonate, interior glazing, doorss sectionals and exterior doors; - Carry out specialized maintenance of floors and surfaces; - Carry out additional maintenance and cleaning tasks. Infrabel wants a stable and professional cleaning service that is efficient, manageable, flexible and adapted to the organizationion and the type of building. The service provider must create a hygienic, healthy and pleasant (working) environment for both Infrabel employees and visitors.
