Delivery of a Gas Chromatography Configuration for Fully Automated and Simultaneous Quantification of H2, Ch4 and Co2 Breath This assignment includes the delivery of a configuration based on gas chromatography in which the Gasses H2, CH4 and CO2 can be quantified simultaneously via breathing samples in 12ml recipient and a certified reference gas directly from the gas bottle. (Vial Type 3 (flat) - Height (Vial + Cap): 101mm - Vial diameter: 15.5mm - Full capacity: 12.0ml) The configuration must be such that it is fully automated, has a minimum capacity of 280 steel 24U, The limit of quantification (LOQ) for H2 1 ppm, LOQ for CH4 <1 ppm and CO2 in a linear range of 0.5-5%. The platform and the necessary test methods will already be validated on delivery to UZ Leuven in order to ensure continuity of testing within UZ Leuven. This assignment also includes all consumption materials that belong to the platform, such as columns, septums, liner ... as well as the necessary support for connecting with the lab work station, a preventive maintenance contract and the necessary training for operating this platform for a maximum of 10 people , with at least 2 different training days in UZ Leuven.
