Naqia - Construction Work of a Temporary Immersion Zone on the 2nd Category Water Course, La Haye, N ° 23.029 in Carnières The works consist in the creation of a temporary immersion zone on the water course "The haye", allowing to retain approximately 21,000 m³ of water in the event of high rain for a return period of 50 years. During the hydraulic study of the hatred watershed, of which the Rieu de la Haye is a tributary, it was highlighted that the Rieu overflows in several places and mainly on rue Saint-Hilaire and rue Armand Dufontery in Carnières.
