Cleaning of the Outbuildings, Offices, Laboratories and Windows of the Giga Service Center Building - Espace 1 With regard to the maintenance of offices laboratories, the regular maintenance will be limited to the premises actually occupied. The services to be expected, and to invoice, are therefore likely to vary over time depending on the occupancy rate of the building. The maintenance of the outbuildings and windows will however be to be carried out at a constant frequency regardless of the occupancy rate of the building. Regarding the maintenance of windows, it is specified that the building has two types of glass surfaces to maintain: - external glass surfaces (in façades), designated in the meter on the term "extra". Note that part of the street facade and the right side facade are glass walls extending from level 0 to the building +3 of the building: Safety devices of the lifeline type are provided for the maintenance of This "curtain wall", namely: interior side: cable on the longest glazing side; Outside side: SR 160 monorail system comply with standard EN 795 relating to anti-fall protection devices for people and standard EN 1808 relating to a “Solsit headquarters” workstation.
