Supply of (cards) Fuels energy for All Otw Light Vehicles Purpose of this supplies market: supply of (cards) fuels energy for all light vehicles of the OTW Duration: the duration of the market will be 4 years from the award notification. It may be renewed twice for a period of two years per renewal. The market relates to the provision of fuel energy cards covering Belgium in an optimal way (network of supply points) and allowing OTW light vehicles to provide fuel energy. Fuel energy samples are billed in an OTW. Based on previous annual consumption, the annual volume of fuels is 320,000 liters (diesel, petrol). Note that the OTW light vehicle fleet is changing. Indeed, from 2026, any new vehicle (purchased or leasing) will have to comply with European and regional obligations in terms of zero CO2 emission. The OTW will therefore gradually replace its thermal vehicle fleet in favor of zero emission vehicles (electric solution currently retained).
