U tom smislu kao dokaz će se u obzir uzeti odgovarajuće   Rješenje o upisu u sudski registar ili aktuelni izvod iz sudskog registra ili drugi ekvivalentan dokument, kojim se potvrđuje da   je ponuđač registrovan za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti. Dokazi koji se dostavljaju moraju biti originali ili ovjerene   kopije sa datumom ovjere ne starijim od 3 mjeseca računajući od dana predaje ponude.   III 6.
