The contracting authority is not obliged to buy the quantities specified in the spectrum. Successful applicants may submit a bid for one or more units, or may not submit a bid. DSP functions on eva stage: First stage - collection of applications for participation and Second stage - collection of offers for specific invitations. Review of initial applications for participation will take place within 15 working days of the application deadline. A call for a specific order will not be announced e.gto consider all applications. The offers will be ranked by a program that will be available and free of charge to all applicants. Unrestricted, full and direct access to the public procurement documentation is provided throughout the duration of the DSP. The DSP will operate within three years, namely within three years, the contracting authority may issue invitations to the admitted candidates to collect offers for the supply of medical devices included in the originally planned spectrum or outside of it.
