Les autres pièces administratives requises devront être impérativement produites en originaux ou en copies certifiées conformes par le service émetteur ou une autorité administrative Préfet, Sous-préfet,…), conformément aux stipulations du Règlement Particulier de l’Appel d’Offres. L'ouverture des pièces administratives et des offres techniques aura lieu le_30 OCTOBRE 2024_ à 13 heures 00 précises par la Commission Interne de  Passation  des Marchés de  dans la salle des actes de la Commune d’Endom. Seuls les soumissionnaires peuvent assister  cette séance d'ouverture ou s'y faire représenter par une personne de leur choix dument mandatée. Provisional Security New (Addendum) Under penalty of rejection, each bidder must attach to their administrative documents, a bid bond established by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 11 of the DAO, specifying the amount of 200,000 FCFA (two hundred thousand francs) and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers. The other required administrative documents must be produced in originals or in copies certified as true copies by the issuing department or an administrative authority (Prefect, Sub-Prefect, etc.), in accordance with the provisions of the Special Regulations of the Call for Tenders.
