Toutefois, un soumissionnaire peut proposer un délai inférieur à celui fixé par l’appel d’offres. 11.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif) Chaque soumissionnaire devra joindre à ses pièces administratives sous peine de rejet, une caution de soumission timbrée au tarif en vigueur, émise par un établissement financier agréé accompagné du récépissé de consignation délivré par la Caisse des Dépôts et de Consignations (CDEC) et portant la mention manuscrite de l’établissement émetteur d’un montant de deux millions (2 000 000) de Francs CFA.
