(“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for security upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”). The work is being done in a five-storey mid-rise building at 29 Balmoral Street, Winnipeg Manitoba. Work site location will be occupied during construction. CPPD is administering this RFP process. An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows: Location: 29 Balmoral Street, Winnipeg, MB Date and Time: October 24, 2024, at 10:00:AM local time Proponents are to meet in the lobby at 29 Balmoral Street, Winnipeg, MB prior to 10:00 AM to sign the site attendance sheet. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting. Deadline for registration is 12:00 PM October 23, 2024.
