Selection of Operator at 5718 Choy Yuen Crescent The City of Vancouver (the "City") is seeking a housing operator, or operator partnership of two or more ("Operator"), with extensive experience in residential property management to manage its social housing project located at 5718 Choy Yuen Cresent (the "Project"). The Project is comprised of 187 homes in a 22-storey City-owned building with 40% of the units suitable for families with children. The Project is located next to the Oakridge Civic Centre and Library. The RFX will be administered through the City-s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”). Proposals may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
